Terms and Conditions for National Cyber Defense Institute

By accessing or using the National Cyber Defense Institute website (“Site”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use. Please read these terms carefully before using our Site.

By accessing this Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing the Site.

In no event shall National Cyber Defense Institute or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on the Site, even if National Cyber Defense Institute or an authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

The materials appearing on the Site could include technical, typographical, or photographic errors. National Cyber Defense Institute does not warrant that any of the materials are accurate, complete, or current. These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Utah.

National Cyber Defense Institute may revise these terms of service at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the Site, you agree to be bound by the then-current version of these Terms and Conditions.
